WHEN REPRESENTATION MATTERS
Real Estate on a different level ...
The Carole Schoo Philosophy:
It really is all about YOU...
I started in real estate in December of 1988. My first real estate mentor advised me that I should learn and remember 3 things if I was planning on being successful in my new career. She said, "You are the keeper of the keys, the protector of the value, and the arms length person in the transaction".
When I go to work for you, I am responsible for taking care of your property. I check on it regularly if it is vacant or you are away. I should know who has been in your house. I follow up and give you agent feedback after your property has been shown.
When I am working as your buyers agent, I make sure I leave your property in the same condition as I found it. I am responsible for making sure lights are turned off and doors locked. I give feedback to the listing agent and I leave the seller my business card as a courtesy so they know I was there.
As a listing agent I coach my seller-clients to price correctly for the market today. I can only represent one price for the property...the list price. I work diligently to bring my seller-clients as high a price on the property as the market will bear. My job is to sell the agents and in turn have them sell your property to their buyer-clients.
As a buyers agent, I advise my clients on the market range value of the properties they have interest. It is my job to give you my best opinion.
Whether you are my buyer client or my seller client, your real estate transaction is between you and the other party. My job is to not be emotionally involved in your transaction. My job, as the real estate professional, is to assist and advise you in making the most advantageous decisions possible throughout the process.
My goal? I want you to have the very best buying and/or selling experience ever. I want you to refer me to everyone you know. I want to be in business when you need my services the next time. I know this is the secret to "our" success.
