Buying a home is normally a persons most expensive investment. When you are unfamiliar with the buying process, or need someone to represent your interests and remain unemotional throughout the transaction, I may be the agent for you. My vision of my role in your transaction is to be your arms length person. I work with a team of professionals. I have been in business since 1988 and know who will do a good service for you, from the loan officer to the house inspector, to the termite inspector and later, the handy man, painter, and even the house cleaner!
I view the property through your eyes. My job is to do the homework on the property you like, give you a range of value, give you a strategy in negotiating the transaction, negotiate your offer to purchase contract.
Once you have a contract I will help coordinate your house inspection, other inspections and be there with you throughout the process. I try to work for you throughout the process and be there for you at the closing table.
